Delete your Rack account

You can delete your Rack account and all its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

Open Rack and go to the You tab.
Scroll to Account and privacy and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.

This needs an internet connection. It also erases everything on that phone, including progress photos.

Without the app

Don't have the app any more? Email us from the email address you sign in to Rack with, so we know the account is yours.

Email a deletion request

Or write to support@stingraycommerce.com with the subject "Delete my Rack account". We'll confirm by email and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account: email address, name, and your Google sign-in link if you used Google.
Your programs, workouts, sets, records and badges.
Your body stats: bodyweight and measurements.
Your settings and reminders.
Your crew membership, reactions, mutes, blocks and reports. If you owned a crew, the longest-standing member takes it over, so your crewmates keep their crew.

What we keep

Nothing in our database. Copies can remain in our hosting provider's backups and security logs for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Progress photos were never on our server: they're on your phone, and deleting the account in the app (or uninstalling Rack) removes them.

Delete some data, keep your account

To remove only certain data, such as your body stats, email us at support@stingraycommerce.com and say what you'd like removed. To stop sharing workouts with your crew, turn off Post my sessions to crew in Crew settings.
